Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 3 September 2026

These terms apply to services and products supplied by Onestop Tech (ABN 44 643 329 962), trading as Victoria Market Communications (“we”, “us” or “our”). Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Quotes and pricing

Website prices and repair guides are estimates unless we confirm a fixed quote. A final price may depend on inspection, the exact device variant, parts availability and any additional faults. We will seek your approval before performing work outside an accepted quote. Prices include GST unless clearly stated otherwise.

Repair authorisation

By leaving a device with us or approving a repair, you authorise us to inspect, diagnose, repair and reasonably test the device. We may use compatible aftermarket, refurbished or original/service-pack parts as described in your quote. Part availability and repair times are estimates and can change.

Your data and password

Please back up important data before repair. Repairs can involve risks to existing data, particularly where a device has liquid, impact, storage or logic-board damage. We do not require your password for standard screen or battery replacement. If access is reasonably necessary for diagnosis or testing, we will explain why and request your permission.

Existing damage and water-damaged devices

Devices may have hidden, progressive or unrelated faults. Opening or testing a previously damaged, modified or liquid-affected device can reveal or worsen existing problems. We will take reasonable care but are not responsible for a pre-existing fault that was not caused by our failure to use due care and skill.

Parts, warranties and Australian Consumer Law

Any repair or product warranty we offer is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Warranty coverage does not normally include new physical or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised later repairs, or faults unrelated to the supplied part or service. We may need to inspect the item before approving a warranty claim.

Collection and uncollected devices

We will contact you when a repair is ready or when further approval is required. You are responsible for providing current contact details and collecting your device. Uncollected goods will be handled in accordance with applicable Victorian law, including any required notice before disposal or sale.

Online orders, delivery and returns

Product availability, dispatch and delivery times are estimates. Risk and title pass as provided by applicable law and the selected delivery method. Please also read our Delivery Information and Returns Policy. Those policies form part of these terms, subject always to the Australian Consumer Law.

Website use

Website information is provided in good faith but may contain errors or become outdated. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or copy our content in breach of intellectual property rights.

Electronic communications

If you choose to receive marketing communications, you may unsubscribe using the method provided. Service messages about an active quote, repair or order are not marketing. We handle electronic marketing in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it will be limited to the remedies permitted by the Australian Consumer Law. This clause does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
